
Return & Exchange Policy – CLASSBINA

At CLASSBINA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your beauty products, but we also understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions and steps required for processing returns or exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including tags and labels.
✔ Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔ A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
✔ For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, etc.) are non-returnable, unless the product is defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Contact us at info@classbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
If your return qualifies, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
Pack the item(s) securely, including the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided.
📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
3. Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused and in original condition
✔ The exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase
✔ You wish to exchange for the same product or another item of equal value

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved:
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
✔ Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error
❌ Returns not meeting policy conditions may be denied and returned to you without a refund
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right:

✅ We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra charge
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

❌ Earrings or body jewelry
❌ Gift cards or discounted sale items
7. Return Shipping Costs
✉️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake or product defect
🚚 We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance—we are not liable for items lost in transit
