At CLASSBINA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your beauty products, but we also understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions and steps required for processing returns or exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • ✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including tags and labels.

  • ✔ Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • ✔ A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • ✔ For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, etc.) are non-returnable, unless the product is defective or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@classbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. If your return qualifies, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely, including the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided.

    • 📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.


3. Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • ✔ The item is unused and in original condition

  • ✔ The exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • ✔ You wish to exchange for the same product or another item of equal value

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved:

  • ✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • ✔ Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error

  • ❌ Returns not meeting policy conditions may be denied and returned to you without a refund


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right:

  • ✅ We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra charge


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Earrings or body jewelry

  • Gift cards or discounted sale items


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • ✉️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake or product defect
