2. Return Process

Packaging: Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit. Include the original receipt and the RMA number inside the package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
3. Refunds

Store Credit: If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit for future purchases.
