RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – CLASSBINA

At CLASSBINA, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their beauty products. However, we understand that there may be times when you may want to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, as well as the process for initiating a return or exchange.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
✔ For hygiene reasons, opened or used products (such as skincare, cosmetics, or items with sealed packaging) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. RETURN PROCESS

If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps to initiate the process:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@classbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: We will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 3: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return along with the original packaging and any accessories. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Step 4: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

✔ You wish to exchange an item for the same or different product.
✔ The exchange must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔ The product being exchanged is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@classbina.com to discuss the details. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and how to place a new order for the exchange product.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are confirmed to be in their original condition.
✔ If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy, your return may be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
✔ Please note that shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@classbina.com. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, depending on your preference.

Damaged Items: You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Defective Items: If an item is defective or malfunctioning, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged:

✔ Skincare and beauty products (opened or used)
✔ Earrings and other body jewelry
✔ Gift cards and sale items

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made in your order. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

CLASSBINA recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
